Aluminium Die Casting

Here at Daften our foundry specialises in High Pressure Aluminium Die casting. We are in the unique position of being able to provide the customer with the design and manufacture of tooling and the die casting of the component using LM6 and LM24 aluminium ingots.

We have 4 die casting machines which are:
– Triulzi 400 c/with Furnance
– Buhler H400B with Pomac Ladle
– Buhler H400B with Pomac Ladle
– Frech 350-40 Automatic Diecasting Cell
